We are always looking for people who want to participate in the day’s activities but who don’t wish to ride the course. These magical humans (MH’s) are   who help us make the day successful and fun for everyone. Below are available positions we need some extra help with:

Check in Coordinators

These MH’s will be available at the beginning of the ride for general set up, register riders, hand out identification numbers and insure that all riders have their event registration and emergency contact information with them. These MH’s can also chose to be involved in other positions below.

Aid Station Assistance/ Ride Support (vehicle required)

These MH’s will be available throughout the ride at specific sections along the route.  Most of these stops include the tops and bottoms of major climbs or remote sections of the course. First Aid training is a plus, knowledge of bike mechanics is also a plus. Shifts will likely be a full day.

Rider Support and Transportation (vehicle required)

These MH’s will be asked to drive in vehicles alongside the riders providing water, morale support and dance parties during the ride. There will be at least 2 people per car, one being the driver and the other preferably having First Aid training. Each driver must have at least a class 5 driver’s license and be in good standing. Shifts will likely be a full day.

Medical Support

These MH’s will be available to give first aid to riders and volunteers during the ride. This event will not have a fully functional first aid tent but will have moving support. Shifts will likely be a full day.

End of Ride Celebration

These MH’s will be in charge of preparing the Lakeside Beach Club for the finishers at the end of the event.

We know that MH’s are hardworking, giving folks and we will make sure that they receive all the thank-you’s, hi-fives and inappropriate hugs they can handle!

If you interested in any of the above positions please complete the below form, indicating which position(s) you are interested and we will be in touch with you!
